Kolkata, June 3 -- On a day when expelled Trinamool Congress MLA Ritabrata Banerjee claimed to hold the support of the majority of TMC legislators, with Mamata loyalists reduced to below 20, legislators of both the camps were seen in the administrative meeting convened by Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari at Nabanna Sabhaghar on Wednesday.

The meeting focused on administrative issues concerning Kolkata, Howrah and South 24 Parganas districts.

The Mamata loyalist MLAs including Firhad Hakim, Kunal Ghosh and Nayana Bandyopadhyay along with the rebels like Ritabrata Banerjee and Sandipan Saha were in the administrative meeting - a move that has drawn significant political attention amid the party's ongoing internal turmoil.
