Patna, July 8 -- Bihar Health Minister Nishant Kumar has said that ensuring timely access to quality healthcare for every patient is the state government's highest priority.
Addressing grievances during the Janata Darbar (public hearing) programme organised at the Janata Dal (United) state headquarters in Patna on Wednesday, the minister interacted directly with a large number of people who had arrived from different parts of the state. He patiently heard their complaints and directed the concerned officials over the phone to ensure prompt and lawful resolution of the issues.
