Madhubani, May 25 -- The district administration in Madhubani has made extensive and multi-layered security arrangements to ensure peaceful and harmonious observance of Eid al-Adha (Bakrid).
Official sources said here today that the District Magistrate Anand Sharma and Superintendent of Police Yogendra Kumar have issued a joint order deploying 834 magistrates and police officers at 417 identified sensitive and important locations across the district.
Adequate armed police forces and riot control units have also been stationed.
