Varanasi, Sept. 10 -- Tight security arrangements have been made for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Mauritian counterpart, Navinchandra Ramgoolam, in Kashi, where they are scheduled to hold bilateral talks, a senior police officer said here.

Police Commissioner Mohit Agarwal said that barricading has been done along the routes of both Prime Ministers. "Besides, 5,000 policemen, 50 gazetted officers, and 15 IPS officers have been deployed for security arrangements tomorrow," he added.
