Hyderabad, June 2 -- Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds with speeds ranging from 40-50 kmph to 50-60 kmph are likely to occur at isolated places across Telangana during the next seven days, the Meteorological Centre said on Tuesday.
In its daily weather report issued here, the Centre said light to moderate rain or thundershowers are also likely at isolated places over the state. It further stated that maximum temperatures are expected to gradually fall by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius during the next four days.
According to media reports, hailstorms occurred at isolated places in Nirmal district during the last 24 hours.
Rainfall was recorded at one or two places across the state during the same period.
