Araria, July 14 -- At least three women agricultural workers were killed and 12 others injured after a tractor-trolley carrying farm labourers tumbled into a water-logged ditch in Araria district on Tuesday. The tractor reportedly went out of control after its brakes failed and overturned, police said.
According to police, the labourers were travelling from one village to another for paddy transplantation when the accident occurred near Ward No. 14 of Sirsiya Hanumanganj under the Bhargama police station area.
