Mumbai, Jan. 10 -- Three members of a single family lost their lives after a devastating fire broke out in a residential house in Bhagat Singh Nagar area of Goregaon West during the early hours of Saturday, officials said. The tragic incident claimed the lives of a father and his two children, sending shockwaves through the neighbourhood.
According to officials probing the incident, the fire erupted suddenly around 3 am in a house located in Bhagat Singh Nagar. At the time of the blaze, the father was asleep inside the house along with his two children, while his wife had gone to work for her night shift and was not present at home.
