Bulandshahr, March 13 -- Panic spread in the Khurja Kotwali area of Bulandshahr after the bodies of three members of the same family were found in a forest near Nehrupur village, on Friday.
The deceased include a woman, her brother-in-law, and her young daughter. According to police, the scene at the spot was disturbing.
The bodies of the girl and the man were found lying on the ground, while the woman's body was hanging from a tree with a noose.
During the preliminary investigation, the man has been identified as Bimal Sarkar, a resident of West Bengal.
The woman and the man were reportedly working as labourers in the pottery industry in Khurja. The family had been living in a rented room in the Khurja Dehat area.
