Shimla/Kullu, March 1 -- Three persons were killed and five others injured in two separate road accidents reported from Kullu and Shimla districts over the past 24 hours, police said today.
In Kullu district, two young men lost their lives when a camper vehicle plunged nearly 100 metres off the road near Jana village, close to Naggar, late Saturday night. The vehicle was reportedly returning from a local Fag festival when the driver is believed to have lost control on the narrow stretch.
Superintendent of Police Kullu confirmed that two occupants - Avinash and Sonam Kumar, residents of Saur village in Kullu district - died on the spot. Three others sustained injuries and were shifted to the Regional Hospital, Kullu, where they are undergo...
