Chandigarh, Aug. 20 -- Punjab Police have brought three alleged operatives of the Davinder Bambiha gang back from Malaysia, with the investigation pointing to a wider network involved in killings, extortion and explosives, including an alleged plan for a hand-grenade attack in Ludhiana.

Jaspreet Singh alias Jas Behbal, Ajay Singh and Pawandeep Singh were arrested at Delhi's IGI Airport after being deported from Malaysia. Police said the three were subsequently taken to Punjab for further investigation.
