New Delhi, April 15 -- Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta on Wednesday received a fresh threat email warning of a bomb attack on the Delhi Vidhan Sabha, prompting heightened security and an urgent investigation by authorities.

The sources said that the email was written on April 14 and it was in Hindi.

According to sources, the email addressed directly to Gupta contained explicit threats along with a series of controversial and unverified claims.

"Neither the Delhi Police Commissioner nor the gods you worship daily can save you. the Government of Pakistan and its agency ISI have formed a strong alliance with the DMK," the email read.
