Mumbai, July 25 -- Actress and environmental advocate Dia Mirza has said that human beings are intrinsically connected to nature, stressing that the Earth is not separate from us but an extension of our own existence.
Her remarks come as the short film ""Panha, which she has supported, continues to earn recognition at several national and international film festivals. It has received the Best Indian Short Film at the All Living Things Environmental Film Festival, Best Film at the 9th World Indian Film Festival, Hyderabad and Best Film at the Dhruma Film Festival. Apart from this, it has been awarded an Honorable Jury Mention at the 13th Mumbai Shorts International Film Festival.
