Hyderabad, June 29 -- The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has initiated preparations for long-awaited union elections, ending uncertainty among employees, with the first election notification expected to be issued within the next two or three days.
As part of the election process, the government-appointed Joint Labour Commissioner, who will serve as the Election Returning Officer, has already held discussions with TGSRTC management and reviewed all arrangements for conducting the polls.
The RTC management has submitted key details, including polling booth locations and the list of booth in-charges, to the Returning Officer. The official union verification process is expected to commence shortly.
