Hyderabad, Nov. 4 -- Telangana Transport and BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar has expressed deep shock over the death of Gundla Pravalika (25), a female conductor from the Manuguru RTC depot, who succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad on Tuesday night.
She had sustained critical injuries after being pushed out of a moving RTC bus during an altercation with a passenger on October 25 while travelling from Manuguru to Bhadrachalam.
The Minister conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family and assured that the State Government and RTC would extend all possible support. He also warned that the government would take strict action against those responsible for the incident.
