Warangal, Aug. 31 -- The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered a disproportionate assets case against Bojja Jaya Raju, Assistant Director, Mines and Geology Department, Jayashankar Bhupalpally district, who is presently holding Full Additional Charge (FAC) as Deputy Director, Mines and Geology, Warangal.
The case was registered under Section 13(1)(b) read with 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, following allegations that the officer had acquired assets disproportionate to his known sources of income through corrupt practices and dubious means.
