Hyderabad, Aug. 22 -- Tourism in Telangana is set for a new boost with the introduction of " Heli Tourism", Tourism and Culture Minister Jupally Krishna Rao announced today.
Speaking to the media at Somasila, he said that plans are underway to offer tourists short helicopter rides to enjoy the scenic beauty of Telangana.
He revealed that proposals are being prepared in collaboration with the "Is My Trip" company to operate a heli tourism circuit from " Hyderabad-Somasila-Srisailam-Hyderabad". "Special attention is being given to make heli tourism attractive and memorable for tourists. Details will be announced soon," he said.
