Hyderabad, Aug. 11 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Tuesday directed officials to make foolproof arrangements for hosting the Khelo India Youth Games 2026 in the state in December.
Reviewing preparations with Sports Minister Vakiti Srihari and senior officials at the Bodhi Pavilion in the MCRHRD campus here, the Chief Minister directed officials to develop the required infrastructure for the national-level sporting event, which will bring athletes from various states.
The Chief Minister instructed officials to assess the condition of existing stadiums in Hyderabad and undertake necessary upgrades on a permanent basis to meet the requirements of the competitions.
