New Delhi/Hyderabad, Oct. 29 -- union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Mansukh Mandaviya has directed Telangana officials to ensure that the Khelo India Games are organised on a prestigious scale, with world-class facilities for athletes and meticulous arrangements.
At a special meeting in New Delhi with Telangana Sports Minister Vakiti Srihari, the preparations and action plan for hosting the national-level sporting event in Telangana were discussed.
Mandaviya stressed the need for coordination among departments and timely completion of arrangements, including sports venues, accommodation, transport, security and medical facilities.
