Hyderabad, May 20 -- Telangana Labour, Employment, Mines and Geology Minister G. Vivek Venkatswamy on Wednesday said the Telangana government was committed to creating international employment opportunities for the youth and was taking steps to strengthen the Telangana Overseas Manpower Company (TOMCOM) to meet growing global demand for skilled workers.
Addressing a State-level workshop on India-European union Mobility held here, the Minister said the State government had allocated Rs 90 crore in the budget to strengthen TOMCOM and expand overseas skill initiatives.
