Hyderabad, Aug. 22 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister and the Energy Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, on Saturday said the state government was strengthening the power sector as part of its goal of transforming Telangana into a $3 trillion economy by 2047.
Inaugurating Power Exhibition-2026, organised by SPDCL here, Bhatti said Telangana had emerged as an attractive destination for investments and the government was committed to providing industries with adequate power and water.
He invited industries and investors from across the country to invest in Telangana's manufacturing and services sectors and said long-term plans were being formulated to meet future power requirements.
