Hyderabad, Feb. 21 -- Telangana Media Academy (TMA) Chairman K Srinivas Reddy on Saturday said the Academy is firmly committed to the welfare, professional development and social security of journalists across the State.
Addressing the second Governing Council meeting of the Telangana Media Academy held here under his chairmanship, Srinivas Reddy said training programmes were organised for journalists from eight districts of Telangana and seven workshops were conducted on various professional topics.
He said monographs highlighting the lives and services of 12 senior journalists were also published to educate future generations about their contributions.
