Hyderabad, Aug. 7 -- Telangana Information Technology and Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu on Friday invited industry to partner with the State Government in developing Telangana as a leading plastics and polymer manufacturing hub, saying the sector has the potential to drive industrial growth, employment and investments.
Inaugurating HIPLEX 2026, South and Central India's largest plastics exhibition and the country's third-largest plastics expo, at the HITEX Exhibition Centre here, the Minister said the plastics and polymers industry is a key pillar of the manufacturing sector and contributes significantly to economic growth.
