New Delhi/Hyderabad, May 20 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu met union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in New Delhi on Wednesday and discussed several issues related to the state's development, educational infrastructure, and capital expenditure.
