Hyderabad, Nov. 18 -- Telangana Minister for Disabled, Elderly, and Transgender Empowerment, Adluri Laxman Kumar, said the Telangana government is taking firm measures to build a drug-free state, stressing that youth must stay away from addictive habits and focus on meaningful goals.
He was speaking at the fifth anniversary of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, held at Gandhi Medical College's Swami Vivekananda Auditorium on Tuesday.
