Hyderabad, Oct. 22 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has announced an ex-gratia of Rs 1 crore to family of constable E Pramod Kumar - who was recently killed in Nizamabad.

Announcing that the Government will extend all kinds of support to the bereaved family of Pramod, the Chief Minister on Monday said in addition to the ex gratia, pay last drawn salary until retirement of the martyred constable, a government job and a 300-yard house to one of the family members will be given.

The ex-gratia of Rs 16 lakhs from the Police Security Welfare and Rs 8 lakhs ex-gratia from the Police Welfare will also be given to Pramod's family, he said.
