Hyderabad, Jan. 16 -- The Telangana government on Friday issued an amendment to the Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) regulations, introducing changes to the existing framework governing the grant and utilisation of development rights.
The amendment was notified through a Government Order (G.O.) issued by Jayesh Ranjan, Special Chief Secretary to the Government (Metropolitan Area and Urban Development).
According to the order, the revised provisions aim to streamline regulatory aspects related to development rights, with implications for urban planning, infrastructure projects, and real estate development across the state.
