Hyderabad, June 9 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Tuesday said the State government aims to transform one crore women into "crorepatis" by promoting economic self-reliance, entrepreneurship and asset ownership among women.
Addressing a public meeting at Parade Grounds, Secunderabad after inaugurating 553 TGSRTC buses purchased by Mandal Women's Federations under the 'Mahila Shakti' initiative at Secunderabad Parade Grounds, he said the government was committed to making women asset owners and economic leaders rather than mere beneficiaries of welfare schemes.
