Hyderabad, Sept. 24 -- Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Bhatti Vikramarka on Thursday directed officials to prepare a comprehensive action plan to further develop tourism in Telangana and position the State as a prominent tourist destination at the national and international levels.
Tourism and Culture Minister Jupally Krishna Rao participated in a review meeting with senior officials of the Tourism and Culture departments chaired by Bhatti at Praja Bhavan here.
The meeting reviewed tourism projects across the State, utilisation of departmental assets, budget allocations, private investments, protection of heritage structures and tourism branding.
