Hyderabad, July 9 -- Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Thursday said politics should be confined to election periods and the focus should remain on the development of the State.
The Chief Minister who inaugurated Premier Energies' next-generation solar module manufacturing facility at Seetarampur in Shabad (Ranga Reddy district) on the city outskirts, said the government was working with the objective of ensuring Telangana contributes 10 per cent to India's economic growth and transforming the State into a USD 3 trillion economy by 2047.
He said the current level of investments was insufficient to compete globally and stressed the need to strengthen infrastructure to attract more investments and accelerate economic growth.
