Hyderabad, April 23 -- The Telangana Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, on Thursday appealed to employees of the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (RTC) to call off their strike and join discussions, assuring a positive approach towards resolving their demands.
Briefing the media, Ministers including Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, N Uttam Kumar Reddy, and Vakiti Srihari said the Cabinet held detailed deliberations on the RTC issue and prioritised it even before the formal agenda.
A five-member ministerial committee, led by Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, will hold talks with RTC Joint Action Committee (JAC) leaders on Friday.
