Hyderabad, Aug. 25 -- BJP Telangana State president N. Ramchander Rao on Tuesday strongly rejected Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy's allegation that the Centre had discriminated against Telangana by denying him political clearance to visit the United States.
Rao, who is on the second day of his hunger strike at the state party office, Nampally in support of students' demands, said the Centre's decision was based on information that the Chief Minister was scheduled to meet certain individuals and organisations in the US that had allegedly caused trouble to India and its people. He claimed that Revanth Reddy had failed to provide complete details of his proposed foreign visit.
