Hyderabad, July 31 -- Telangana BJP President N Ramachander Rao on Friday demanded that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy apologise to engineering students for his alleged remarks against them, saying the comments had insulted the student community and demeaned the state's education system.

In a video statement released from the United States, where he is attending the American Telugu Association (ATA) convention, Ramachander Rao criticised the Chief Minister for allegedly making derogatory remarks about engineering students while also failing to release fee reimbursement and scholarship dues to educational institutions.
