Hyderabad, Aug. 26 -- Telangana has received national recognition for its efforts to economically empower women, securing the "Best Performing State - First Runner-up" award for effective implementation of the Seed Capital component under the PMFME scheme for Self-Help Groups.
SERP Director (Farm) N Rajitha received the award from union Minister for Food Processing Industries Chirag Paswan at the MoFPI-PMFME National Conclave-2026 in New Delhi on Tuesday, an official statement said here on Wednesday.
