Hyderabad, Sept. 8 -- The Telangana Legislative Assembly on Tuesday unanimously passed a resolution strongly condemning the alleged insulting remarks made by BRS MLCs Tata Madhusudhan and N. Naveen Kumar Reddy against Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar on the Assembly premises on September 7.
Health Minister Damodar Raja Narasimha moved the resolution, which termed the alleged verbal abuse a violation of the dignity and decorum of the House. The resolution also condemned the alleged conduct of the two MLCs, including removing their shirts in the presence of women, describing it as inappropriate and unbecoming of members of the Legislative Council.
