Hyderabad, June 9 -- : The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered a disproportionate assets case against Mohan Naik Jarupla, Engineer-in-Chief, Roads and Buildings Department, Telangana Government, for allegedly amassing assets beyond his known sources of income.
According to the ACB statement, searches were conducted on Tuesday at the officer's residence, office and 15 other locations linked to his relatives, associates and benamidars under provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
During the searches, officials reportedly identified assets worth about Rs 17.94 crore, including agricultural lands, seven flats in Kompally and Gachibowli, a triplex villa at Miyapur, a newly constructed house at Kukatpally and an advance payment ...
