Hyderabad, Feb. 14 -- Standard Engineering Technology Limited (formerly Standard Glass Lining Technology) will set up a new manufacturing facility at Jinnaram, on the outskirts of Hyderabad, with a total investment of Rs 240 crore.
Speaking on the sidelines of the launch of the company's new corporate identity here on Friday, Promoter and Managing Director Kandula Nageswara Rao said the company will invest Rs 120 crore in the first phase, with the facility expected to commence operations by mid-2027.
The new plant will manufacture heavy engineering equipment, strengthening the company's advanced manufacturing capabilities, he said the announcement marks a key milestone in the company's brand evolution following its recent name change.
