Hyderabad, Aug. 12 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Wednesday directed officials to ensure recovery of the full value of grain arrears owed by millers and instructed them to formulate specific guidelines for the recovery process.

Revanth Reddy, accompanied by Civil Supplies Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy, reviewed the functioning of the Civil Supplies Department at MCRHRD here. He said the government would adopt a cooperative approach towards genuine millers but warned of strict action against those deliberately evading payments, an official statement said.
