Hyderabad, March 4 -- Telangana Irrigation Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy, along with Panchayat Raj, Rural Development, Women and Child Welfare Minister Seethakka and Warangal District In-charge Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, on Wednesday directed officials to complete irrigation projects in Mulugu district on priority.
At a review meeting held at the Secretariat, the ministers asked officials to prepare estimates and proposals related to land acquisition within 15 days so that compensation can be paid and works can begin without delay.
Officials informed the ministers that irrigation projects are being implemented with a target ayacut of about 1,10,632 acres in Mulugu constituency. The meeting reviewed the progress of key projects incl...
