Hyderabad, July 14 -- Telangana Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) C Sudarshan Reddy on Tuesday appealed to all eligible voters to immediately fill out and submit their enumeration forms to their respective Booth Level Officers (BLOs) as part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
In a statement, the CEO urged voters to carefully complete the forms without errors, affix a passport-size photograph, and ensure that the form carries the voter's signature, date and the signature of the BLO. He said one copy of the completed form should be submitted to the BLO, while the second copy should be retained by the voter for future reference.
