Godavarikhani (Telangana), Oct. 11 -- As many as 112 unemployed youth from Singareni-affected areas have been selected for employment at Foxconn and L&T following recruitment interviews organised through the Singareni GVTC Skill Development Centre in Ramagundam-1 Area.
Of the 127 women candidates who attended the interviews, 87 were selected for jobs at Foxconn's manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, while 25 of the 27 male candidates who appeared for Solar Technician posts were selected for employment at L&T.
The first batch of 55 women selected for Foxconn left Godavarikhani for Hyderabad on Sunday.
