Wanaparthy (Telangana), June 29 -- At least 10 passengers were injured after a Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) bus overturned on National Highway-44 near Pebberu Hospital in Wanaparthy district on Monday.
According to police, the bus, carrying around 50 passengers, was travelling from Mantralayam to Wanaparthy when the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle while attempting to overtake a motorcycle. The bus veered off the road and turned turtle.
The injured passengers were shifted to the Pebberu Government hospital for treatment. Their condition is stated to be stable.
