Hyderabad, June 29 -- France's Consul General Marc Lamy and Deputy Consul Pascal Loreau on Monday called on Telangana Tourism and Culture Minister Jupally Krishna Rao at the Dr B R Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat and discussed expanding cooperation in tourism, culture, heritage conservation, investments and people-to-people exchanges.
During the meeting, the Minister highlighted Telangana's rich historical and cultural heritage, stating that Hyderabad continues to preserve its cultural legacy while evolving into a world-class city.
He invited the French government, embassy and tourism organisations to partner in promoting Telangana's tourist destinations and proposed expanding cultural exchange programmes and mutual tourism visits.
