Patna, Nov. 4 -- Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejaswi Yadav today unveiled a series of ambitious promises aimed at farmers, women and government employees, declaring that once the Mahagathbandhan government comes to power, farmers will be provided with a bonus above the Minimum Support Price (MSP) on paddy and wheat, along with free electricity for irrigation.
