Patna, July 5 -- Senior RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav today expressed his deep concern over murder of leading businessman Gopal Khemka, saying Nitish Kumar government had failed to check crimes in the state.

Yadav said that a leading businessman Gopal Khemka was shot dead by criminals just few metres away from the residence of District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police in Patna, which was a matter of grave concern.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his every visit to Bihar had been referring to RJD regime for 15 years from 1990 to 2005 as " jungle raj " but people were aware of complete lawlessness in the state under Nitish led NDA government, he added.
