Patna, Oct. 22 -- In a major pre-election announcement in Bihar, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has promised to regularise all contractual (samvidha) and Community Mobiliser (CM) Jeevika Didis and grant them the status of permanent state employees if the grand alliance comes to power on November 14 .
While addressing a press conference at his official residence in Patna, Tejashwi Yadav launched a scathing attack on the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar-led NDA government in Bihar for exploiting the contractual workers.
