Thiruvananthapuram, Feb. 22 -- Technopark exchanged an MoU with real estate major HiLITE Group for setting up their first IT Park project in the state capital on Phase-3 campus of Technopark here.
Christened as 'Yoo Hub Trivandrum by HiLITE,' the project envisages a 5.15 lakh sqft IT Park on 1.88 acres of land.
Sandip Kumar, IAS, CEO of Technopark, and Ajil Muhammed, CEO of HiLITE Group, exchanged the MoU in the presence of Seeram Samabasiva Rao, IAS, Special Secretary, Department of Electronics & IT, Govt. of Kerala, and Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Minister.
