Hyderabad, Aug. 23 -- Tech Mahindra has clarified that its associate R Bhavana, who had publicly protested outside the company's Hyderabad campus alleging abrupt termination, continues to be an active employee of the company.

In a statement released on Sunday, the company said Bhavana joined Tech Mahindra's Hyderabad location on March 26, 2026, and raised concerns publicly on July 23 over an alleged termination.

The company said her continued employment was formally communicated to her on the same day and subsequently acknowledged by her, while her July salary was processed normally.
