Bengaluru, Sept. 27 -- After months of uncertainty, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has begun issuing onboarding emails to a majority of over 600 professionals who were left waiting despite having job offers, following continuous efforts by the Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES) and the intervention of the union Labour Ministry.
According to NITES President Harpreet Singh Saluja, many of these professionals had already resigned from their previous jobs or relocated on the basis of commitments made by TCS, leaving them to struggle with financial and emotional distress.
