Mumbai / Jamshedpur, April 10 -- Tata Steel has completed the acquisition of the remaining 0.01 per cent stake in Tata Steel Colors Private Limited, formerly known as Tata BlueScope, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

The company informed stock exchanges that it acquired 10,000 equity shares from BlueScope Steel Asia Holdings Private Limited on April 9, 2026.

In a regulatory filing, Tata Steel said the shares, with a face value of Rs 10 each, were acquired for a total consideration of Rs 0.03 crore.

The acquisition was carried out in line with the share purchase agreement executed on November 12, 2025, the company said.
