New Delhi, Sept. 18 -- The Tata Sons listing issue has its roots in a shareholder dispute over the holding company's private status and has since evolved into a regulatory battle involving the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Tata Trusts and the Shapoorji Pallonji (SP) Group.
